Welcome to Cali Boxing & Fitness
Where we strive to provide the ultimate fitness experience utilizing all components of boxing, kickboxing, & fitness. All of our classes are one hour in duration and you can burn up to 800-1000 calories per class! They cater to all fitness and skill levels. Each class focuses on a full body workout as well as learning proper form and technique.
Equipment may be needed or not depending on the class. Loaner gloves are available to those trying out their first boxing or kickboxing class.
